Model says businessman Moshe Hogeg sexually abused her; Agent silenced her complaint

A well-known model has said that Moshe Hogeg, a businessman who until recently owned the Beitar Jerusalem football club, sexually abused her years ago when she was 17, Channel 13 News reports.

The network quoted the model as saying that Hogeg came into her hotel room and tried to impose himself on her, but she managed to fend him off.

She told her agent about the incident, but the agent who dealt with Hogeg did not report it to her parents or law enforcement. The model did not file a complaint with the police.

Channel 13 says its investigation revealed many more important details that were banned from disclosure after the agent ordered a court gag.

Hogeg denies the allegation, saying the sexual act was consensual, adding that he took a polygraph test to confirm this. He says the timing is “no coincidence” and that he is being targeted by a person who recently blackmailed him with a “smear campaign” asking for $ 4.5 million or the allegations of sexual misconduct would be made public.
