In conversation with OK! Magazine, she said: “Grant and I are thrilled to announce the news that we have welcomed a healthy boy into the family.
“Isla is so excited to be a big sister. There were a few complications.”
The happy news comes three weeks after she revealed she would have to welcome her baby boy via caesarean four weeks ahead of schedule.
After an operation she had in 2018, Chloe’s pregnancies were considered high-risk and she was told she would not be able to carry babies after welcoming her son.
